With over a decade of experience in employee well-being, Dr. Subhasree Ray is a distinguished expert with a Ph.D. in Clinical Nutrition and an Executive MBA. She specializes in designing innovative, sustainable well-being programs that foster healthier, more productive workplaces. Currently leading the Employee Well-being vertical at TVS Motors, Dr. Ray is an accomplished researcher with over 25 published articles and active contributions to multiple research projects, books, and compendiums on Food Security, Women and Child Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, Sustainable Food Systems, and Planetary Diets. She’s a G-20 Policy Brief author, a recognized international speaker, she frequently presents at global conferences, driving thought leadership in the space of Public and Planetary Health.
Chandra is a passionate creator with an empathetic business sense and an entrepreneur who left a high flying career in the US, to chase an Indian dream. He has been involved in establishing several companies since 1996. His ventures have ranged from IT Services, Digital Media operations, Manufacturing and Training. As the Chairman of Pairee, he oversees several investments made by the company.
Prior to Pairee, Chandra was the Founder and Managing Director of Theorem India, which he started with just two people in 2002 and grew it to over 1300+ people globally spread across 4 continents, serving several global blue chip brands and establishing a sprawling campus in Mysore before leaving at the end of 2013. Chandra also enjoys investing, advising and mentoring start-up companies and is on the board of a several such companies. He is also passionate about giving back to the society. His Pairee Foundation is helping educate the rural youth of India and making them job ready. Chandra holds a Masters degree in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University, Chicago and a BE degree from Bangalore University. He is a leading voice in the IT Industry and regularly speaks at global conferences. He is also an active member of various industry groups in the technology world.
